About the course

Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) is the most feature-rich storage platform available in the cloud today. The majority of people and organizations aren’t getting everything they can from S3. They are not choosing the appropriate or most cost-effective storage class for their data.

S3 provides secure, durable, and highly-scalable cloud storage. It is easy to use and allows quick storage and retrieval of any amount of data, from anywhere in the world.

This introduction course to S3 will provide a real-world and hands-on understanding of S3.

The course is split into theoretical information, demonstrations, and hands-on labs, and covers the basics of S3 while providing information for even the most experienced S3 users.

Hands-on Labs are guided, interactive experiences that help you learn and practice real-world scenarios in real cloud environments. Hands-on Labs are seamlessly integrated in courses, so you can learn by doing.
