For the second year, A Cloud Guru and Women Who Code (WWCode) have partnered to provide 100 scholarships for online cloud computing certification training in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

The partnership provides opportunities for participation in A Cloud Guru events, including annual cloud computing conference Serverlessconf, and scholarships for cloud computing education for AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure via the A Cloud Guru site. To date, A Cloud Guru has provided $250,000 in scholarships to Women Who Code for cloud training and conferences.

“We’re thrilled to be an official partner of Women Who Code for the second year in a row,” said Drew Firment, Managing Partner at A Cloud Guru. “WWCode has such a huge impact on the technology industry by leveling the playing field in tech, improving diversity in the industry.”

“The ability to make educational opportunities available to our members is so important in helping to nurture their professional growth,” said Alaina Percival, CEO of Women Who Code. “A Cloud Guru’s scholarships for the WWCode community allow us to fulfill that purpose while working towards our mission of inspiring women to excel in technology careers.”

A Cloud Guru is committed to creating diversity in the workplace – starting with course instructors Faye Ellis, Laura Hyatt, Vicky Tanya Seno, and former scholarship recipient Kesha Williams. ACG is currently hiring for developers in Melbourne, as well as instructors worldwide. For more information, visit acloud.guru/careers
